‘Tis the season to give thanks!
Each year, in the weeks before Thanksgiving, we celebrate God’s abundant provision by sharing it with our community. You can feel the excitement as the food donations come in; the fridge fills with turkeys and the collection bins overflow! What a wonderful opportunity we have to love our neighbors by putting Thanksgiving dinner on their table!
Please consider helping BE Free reach out to our community by contributing to our annual Thanksgiving Food Drive! We’re asking for donations and for volunteer help with packing and delivering these wonderful gifts for our neighbors.
We will assemble and deliver boxes on Sunday, November 21. We ask that non-perishables be brought to the church by Saturday, November 20. (You’ll see the collection bins in the narthex and main entrance.) Turkeys and frozen pies can be dropped off at our Saturday evening service on November 20 or by 9:45am on Sunday, November 21.
Unable to go shopping? You can also support the food drive by making a monetary donation! You can use the offering boxes this weekend, you can find us online with Give+ or the mobile app, or you can send a check to the church – just remember to label it “Thanksgiving Food Drive“.
